Work With Me
People often reach out when they know a conversation is necessary, but are unsure how to begin—or how to move forward without causing harm. These moments often involve complex histories, fragile relationships, or decisions that carry public responsibility.
My role is to help communities and institutions navigate those moments with care and clarity. I design thoughtful, grounded processes that allow people to speak honestly, learn from the past, and move forward together—especially when the stakes feel high and the path forward is not yet clear.
Who This Work Is For:
I work with organizations and communities facing moments where history, relationship, and public responsibility intersect.

What I Do:
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I work with groups to design processes that respond to their specific history, relationships, and responsibilities.

Navigate difficult conversations without doing harm

Engage history honestly and responsibly
-
Center community and descendant knowledge in decision-making

How Engagements Usually Begin:
Most collaborations begin with a conversation. This allows us to listen carefully, understand the context, and determine whether the work is a good fit.
From there, engagements may take different forms—ranging from short-term advising or facilitation to longer-term partnerships—depending on the needs, readiness, and pace of the people involved. I am attentive to timing, scope, and conditions for meaningful participation.
A Note on Discretion and Care
Some of the most meaningful work happens quietly. I am attentive to issues of timing, confidentiality, and community trust—particularly when land, sacred sites, unresolved histories, or public accountability are involved.
Not every situation benefits from speed or visibility. I move at the speed of trust and purpose. I work with care for the people and places involved, and with respect for when a process needs time to unfold.
